Projected Outcome

At the start of each project students collaborate in small teams to identify the meaning of their topic before working as individuals. Once they started to work individually, they constructed their piece based on their brainstorming and research.

Later in the semester, students returned to present their individual discoveries and discuss its affect on their piece.

By doing this, students expand their learning modes beyond traditional text books, began to find "deeper meaning amongst the subject matter", exhibited an increased enthusiasm for learning, learned valuable problem solving skills, and widened their opportunities for future careers.
