Scholarly Articles

In the spring of 2008, Martin Linder received the honor of a semester's sabbatical to develop the Industrial Design Outreach program at San Francisco State University. The award of this honor was based on iDo's successful history, and the success of the Community Bench Project.

These efforts, coupled with ongoing initiatives to create a second Community Bench and launch a new Kite Project, have placed Linder in a position to receive many invitations to speak at conventions, competitions and conferences across the United States. The success of the projects and excitement surrounding the mission of iDo are helping to put iDo on the national map.

Based on recent developments and ongoing research, Linder has written scholarly articles-documenting process, experience, and research from within the program. These articles have been made available to the public on the iDo website, and can be found by downloading the appropriate link in the side bar.
